Backups without this all else is lost
If you rely on a computer to get your work done then you know how useful they are, but when it comes to backups there are multiple options for you choose from, some are definitely better than others, but we are going to help you know which is the best option for you.
Some of your different backup options.

No Backup…
This is not an option anyone should ever choose, why?
If you don’t backup your files to an external system, what happens when the computer is stolen or can’t be repaired and no data can be recovered.
YOU LOSE EVERYTHING.
This is devastating to everyone who experiences this, and imagine they are important documents that you need for a business meeting in two days time.
You don’t need us to tell you how the effects this could have for your work.

On a local drive
This is not the worst option for backups out there, the worst would be not having any backups, but there are problems with this option.
- The backup could corrupt without you realising, and if you need to restore that backup you could lose work.
- As it is physical media on your premises, it could be stolen.
- You have to remember to constantly backup your computer.
- It’s time consuming.
Another less than perfect solution, so what else can you choose?

Use of a program
Now this is getting to be decent, while there are still problems the benefits (especially if you have a busy life,) are beginning to outweigh the problems. There are still issues that are noticeable, and could cause hassles:
- Time consuming
- Could cost a lot for a very basic program.
- Could slow your computer down.
- Very little storage, and they try force you to buy space if the backup will be hosted online, or if you want an online backup.
- You have to do all the setup work, and if you don’t know enough about computers then you may not choose what is important.
This seems like a great option, but again those negatives seem to be outweighing the positves…

Fully Automated Backups
Now this sounds like a very good choice. With a fully automated backup system you have very little to worry about when it comes to losing your work.
- If your computer hard drive(s) crash you might only lose a days work instead of weeks or months of work.
- You need an internet connection.
- Backups are stored on a cloud, and offer easy access if you need them.
- You don’t need to understand what is needed to do to make a backup, other than let this program run on your computer.
This option is ideal if you have work that you need to keep safe, and can’t risk losing any of it.

The major problem with not having a backup is that you will lose large amounts of data if all goes wrong. That is the reason you should always have a backup, especially in the age of data.

Full Backup Solutions
Premium Backup Plan
This is the recommended option for any size of business, or any individual dealing with valuable files.
This option can almost guarantee a perfect recovery of all data. We can do this due to our proprietary technology called True Delta which after the first full backup will scan and create backups that backup only what has changed since the last backup. This technology allows for not only faster backups, but also offers peace of mind as you don’t have to wait for backup hours to occur, or schedule them for when you are asleep. This offers the best you could possibly want or need in the digital age.
